Manager at the Tunisian Association ofPublic Auditors: I am in
charge of the overall management and implementation of a program targeting
civil society organizations and public servants, funded by MEPI / US Department
of State. I am responsible for planning, implementing , evaluating and
documenting the project’s activities, including writing narrative,
performance’s evaluation and financial reports, translating documents,
establishing and maintaining a network of relationships with the stakeholders,
government, CSOs and media, guaranteeing the quality of the project outputs in
due time, within budget, monitoring and using all the expenditures of the
project according to the accredited budget ,ticketing, hotels’booking, drafting
conventions and understanding memorandum , interpretation and translation, etc…

01/12/2014 to 15/06/2015: JuniorConsultant: Value for Money Programme&CommunicationOfficer, at the African Development
Bank (ADB), Abidjan, Ivory Coast: handling the logistics, coordinating and
communicating ( in both languages) with partners, parliamentarians, media and
senior officials, drafting, editing, preparing and disseminating concept notes
and newsletters, designing banners, preparing budget, drafting media and press
releases, liaising with the procurement, financial departments and EADI on
e-learning collaboration, recruiting consultants and service providers,
handling contracts and payments, reports and budget estimations…along with
translating materials and organizing
capacity building events. Within this framework, I undertook missions to South
Africa and Zimbabwe.

01/07/2014 to 31/11/2014: Translator at the Clinics El Manar,
Tunis, Tunisia. I was responsible for the translation (from French to Arabic
and English) of the medical reports to be sent abroad, particularly Libya.

01/08/2013-31/01/2014: E-Learning
Junior Consultant at the African Development Institute (EADI) of the African
Development Bank Group: Under the supervision of the e-learning Specialist, I
was in charge of updating and translating the content of EADI Website and
E-Learning Portal and enrolling participants; as well as assisting in
organizing the Distance Learning Outreach Programs; proof reading and editing of newsletters and
magazines, along with drafting physical and financial reports, MOU and concept
notes and organizing training activities. I prepared all the logistics for
Value for Money workshop, held in Tanzania, in November 2013, and travelled
with OSHD. Moreover, I organized many seminars in collaboration with KAIST,
Korea, and other partners such as the International Moodle Moot Conference and
e-Governance workshop, along with developing and reviewing business plans and
communicating and holding meetings with government’s officials and the Virtual
University in Tunis.

01/01/2010-31/07/2013: Administrative Assistant / Logistics’’
Coordinator at the African Development Institute: Apart from the routine tasks,
such as coordinating the front office functions and filling and keeping track
of incoming and outgoing correspondence, I compiled and translated various
documents; such as, the Institute’s Brochure for 2010. Moreover, I arranged for
staff travel and booking air-tickets and hotel rooms for courses’ coordinators
and participants and assisted in the recruitment of short-term staff. In
addition, I assumed the responsibility of organizing workshops, drafting
minutes in both languages (English/French), recruiting Short Term Staff and
consultants; as well as dealing with consultants’ contracts etc…

01/09/2009-31/12/2009: Secretary at the Joint Africa Institute
(JAI) of the African Development Bank: a partnership between the African
Development Bank (ADB), the World Bank (WB) and the International Monetary Fund
(IMF): I assumed the duty of arranging meetings, handling appointments, and
managing the Director’s calendar. In fact, I was responsible for screening
calls and directing them as appropriate, along with monitoring and ordering
stock of office supplies in a timely manner. Furthermore, I provided
information as needed on the JAI concerning the training programs, and liaised
and coordinated with suppliers, other staff, and partners, for instance I was
the focal point between the Bank, the World Bank Institute and the
International Monetary Fund Institute.

I am an
enthusiastic, multicultural and self-motivated individual, who has worked in
both the private sector, NGO and the international organizations, and who
tackled a variety of assignments; I would like to build a long-term career in a
dynamic cross-cultural environment to deliver effective outcomes.

Currently, I am on mission to the World Bank in Tunis.

As a Project Manager at the Tunisian Association of Public Auditors (ATCP)
on a joint program with FSVC, financed by MEPI/US Department of State, I lead
the project’s team, monitored the progress, and made the necessary adjustments
to achieve the project’s objectives. In addition, I managed the project’s
budget in conformity with the financial policies and procedures, preparing
files to make sure that all information related to the project were documented
appropriately (physically and electronically), and evaluated its performance,
along with establishing and maintaining a network of relationships with
stakeholders, CSOs, embassies, ministries ,media etc…

I was responsible for planning and implementing the project’s activities,

African Development Institute (EADI) and Value for Money (VfM) Program and
Communication Officer at the Human Development Department (OSHD) at the African
Development Bank, I have demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in all
core functions attributed to me. These include managing and monitoring projects,
drafting narrative and financial reports, liaising with procurement and
financial departments and field offices, preparing and disseminating newsletters,
